Please be assured that the opening hours for the year-end and New Year holidays are as follows.

Closed period: December 31, 2021 (Friday) to January 3, 2022 (Monday)

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience during this period, but please be patient.

In addition, please confirm the remittance work before and after the period, support work by phone, e-mail, and the procedure for identity verification as follows. 

Next year, we will continue to make even more efforts than all employees with the aim of providing remittance services that will satisfy our customers.

During this period, we will be closed for remittance services, phone support, email support, and identity verification procedures.

Remittance application, membership registration and inquiries from the website will be accepted as usual during the holiday period, but the procedures for requesting remittance during the period will be made sequentially from Tuesday, January 4th. We will respond and answer one after another on Tuesday, January 4th.

On January 04 (Tuesday), it is expected that the procedure will take some time due to the concentration of transactions such as remittance applications.
